The primary goal of Eastport Health Care, Inc. is to provide the residents of surrounding communities with the very best quality of comprehensive medical and Dental care possible. This consists of the following

• Improved access to a wide range of quality primary health care
• Affordable care, with a discounted fee based on family size and income
• Low or no-cost health education and prevention programs, which address areas of proven need in the community
• Services provided by staff who emphasize the art of medicine, not merely its technology
• A health care delivery system which responds to periodic need assessments conducted both formally and informally in the communities served
• A commitment of access to health care, met by the hours of the health center. The normal hours are: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Tuesday evening hours to 8:00pm
